How to Cancel Your Subscription?

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Before Canceling

Before canceling your subscription, make sure you’re signed in to your Natural Write account. All subscription management is handled through your account settings and processed securely via Stripe.

2. How to Cancel

Open your account settings and select Manage Subscription. You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where your active plan is managed. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice. Once completed, your subscription will stop and no further payments will be charged. You’ll continue to have full Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Pause Option

If you don’t want to cancel completely, you can pause your subscription for up to three months. During the pause, no payments will be made, and your plan will automatically resume once the period ends. This is a good option if you plan to return soon and want to keep your settings and preferences.

4. If You Experience Issues

If something goes wrong while canceling or pausing your plan, create a ticket through our support portal. Include your account email and our team will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible
