How to Get a Refund

Before submitting a refund request, please review our

Terms of Service. This policy helps maintain transparency and consistency for every user.
2. Who Is Eligible?
Refunds may be approved in two specific cases:
- You accidentally purchased a subscription.
- You were charged twice for the same plan.
Refunds are available only for purchases made within the last seven days and only if no words were used.
3. Refund Request
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, create a
ticket through our support portal. Include your email address associated with your Natural Write account so we can locate your purchase. Our team reviews all refund requests within two business days and gets back to you with a decision quickly.
4. Double Charge
If you were charged twice, simply include your account email in the ticket. We’ll verify the duplicate payment and process your refund immediately. Once your request has been reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with the final result.
